Each piece of  Jewellery is made by my own two hands in London which means each piece is a unique creation. I want all customers to love their jewellery and if for any reason you are unhappy with it, please contact within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. However If anything does happen to damage your jewellery, either by accident, or if you believe it's a fault of my craftsman ship, then also do not hesitate to contact me and I will undoubtably fix where I can.

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept exchanges or returns for any earrings. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer and delivery costs are non-refundable.
